In the Event Log I'm received next message:
Source: MSSQLServer
Category: ODS
ID: 17052
Error: 17833, Severity: 18, State: 1 yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss ods ListenOn
connection 'servername' is already in use.
But my SQL Server are working normally.
What's a problem?

Another application or service running in the server would have taken
control of the port before SQL Server starts.

I have't other applications working with 1433 or 1118 ports. If this
applications exist my SQL Server will not working. But now the server
is working.

ODBC/SQL M$ EXCEL 97 vs XP

Any ideas appreciated...
Users can export to Excel97 but cannot using ExcelXP. Get
error: "unknown token received from sql server"
Have patched SQL & OfficeXP locally to current M$ levels.
ODBC connects no problem.
I'm a tech, not a programmer, so any ideas really
appreciated.

|||SQL Database using a macro. It appears to download the
info but it looks like right before it displays the data
in EXCELXP, the error appears.
Macro/export functions OK in EXCEL97.

a programmer to help you. If you're using an Excel macro, it's written
in VBA. A programmer can help you step through the code to see where
it's failing.
